you, but God is for you and your marriage. You may feel hopeless at this point, but the fact that
you are reading this page still means that you have hope...
Starting the summer 2010, The Amazing Love Healing
Ministry began offering Marriage-Get-A-Ways for couples. This is NOT
just another marriage seminar or workshop. It is
NOT marriage counseling ... these Get-A-Ways are purposed
to place Christ at the center of your marriage. It
identifies Him as the One who strengthens
the already existing bond between you and your spouse,
and the One who
heals and
restores the broken bonds.
This Get-A-Way is for Couples with broken marriages as
well as Couples that want to strengthen theirs.
Grounded in Scriptures and Prayer, you and your spouse
will confront and journey through the following aspects
of your relationship:
- Growing Together in
God - Sexual and Emotional Intimacy
- Sensitivity -
Communication - Expectations and
Responsibility - Grace and Forgiveness
- Healing and Reconciliation -
Commitment - Infidelity -
Resentment - Unresolved Baggage - Giving God Glory
These Get-A-Ways are completely inter-denominational and are not associated with any
church or institution.

Get-A-Way is for You !
The Get-A-Way will be conveniently scheduled over
the course of a weekend, starting on a Friday
evening and ending Sunday
around noon. The Get-A-Way will not be
your typical large group seminar. It
will be limited to a small group
to ensure personal attention. A secluded
location will
be used to host the Get-A-Way. This will ensure a
weekend without the distractions and interruptions of
daily life. All meals will be provided.
The Marriage
Get-A-Way will be
presented by
Pastor Sharon Lewis, who
has over 15 years pastoral experience. She has presented
Marriage Conferences and Seminars and has helped many
couples grow in their marriage commitment. Pastor
Sharon's truthful and to the point, yet gentle approach, will ensure that
any sensitive
issues get confronted and discussed
in a mature, considerate and comfortable manner.
We will try to accommodate couples of the
same age group on every Get-A-Way. The
content of the Get-A-Way will also be structured
accordingly. There will be Group
sessions, Men Only sessions,
Women Only sessions, as well as individual
Couple sessions as needed. The sessions
will include presentations, DVD material, interactive
discussions and practical exercises.
If
all this sounds too serious ... there will also be time
to just relax with your spouse, and/or enjoy the company
of other couples which are on the same marriage journey
as you. The beach is close by for those wanting a
swim or just a romantic stroll.
If you are

limited and as soon as enough couples within a specific
age range has showed an interest, we will send out
invitations for the date and location. If you have
