Father Jim Hedman is currently pastor at the
St. Mary
Magdalene Episcopal Church in
Lakewood Ranch, Florida, USA. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Science Education from the
University of South Florida in 1994, and a
Masters of Divinity degree from the Episcopal
Seminary of the Southwest in 2004. Before going
to seminary, he taught biology at Cardinal
Mooney High School for seven years.
He has a passion to see the members of the body
of Christ set free to serve Christ, their
families, and others. His involvement in the
healing ministry is rooted in his own need for
healing. As God continues to heal him, he is
thankful that God has allowed him to be one of His
co-workers. Jim has been involved in the healing
ministry for many years as a teacher, and prayer
counselor.
As a native Floridian, he lives in Bradenton with
his wife, Amanda, their three young sons, John, Nathanael,
and Zachary, and their beagle Tabitha.
“Bring the Love, Healing, and Reconciliation of Jesus Christ to all
people.”
