Pastor Doug Scharf is a graduate of Virginia
Theological Seminary and was ordained as an
Episcopal priest in 2004. For three years, he
served as Associate Rector at Church of the Holy
Spirit in Osprey. For the past two years, Pastor
Doug has served as Rector of
Holy Innocents’
Church in Valrico.
Pastor Doug is a passionate
teacher and preacher, who has a desire to see
God’s people set free and equipped to fulfill
their mission in the world. Pastor Doug is also
a trained teacher and facilitator in healing,
reconciliation, and biblical peacemaking.
In his
spare time, he enjoys reading, music, golf, and
spending time in God’s creation. Pastor Doug
currently resides in Plant City with his wife of
ten years, Shannon, and their two sons, Clayton
and Parker.
